23rd International Conference on Food Technology & Processing, 2019 featured panels on Food Engineering and Processing, Food Innovation and Management, Food Authentication, Global Food Security, Food Packaging, Food Preservation, Food Technology.

The conference’s first day, was inaugurated followed by the key note session by Aleksandra Sentkowska, University of Warsaw, Poland with the title “Antioxidant interactions between polyphenols and other bioactive components of foodstuff”. The session was chaired by Fred Benu, University of Nusa Cendana, Indonesia.

The conference concluded with the poster session.
