Nutrients Deficiency causes obesity

Eating excessive fat-containing foods and lack of nutritional intake are the foremost common causes of obesity and overweight. Good nutrition, physical activity, and healthy weight are important parts of a person’s overall health and well-being. Together, these can help decrease a person’s risk of developing serious health conditions, like high vital sign, high cholesterol, diabetes, stroke, heart condition and cancer. A controlled diet, dietary food, regular physical activity, and achieving and maintaining a healthy weight are also paramount to managing health conditions so that they don't worsen over time. Obesity is now well recognized as a disease in its claim, one that's largely preventable through changes in lifestyle, especially diet. Obesity is additionally a significant risk factor related to increased morbidity and mortality from many non-communicable diseases (NCDs)

The prevalence of obesity is increasing worldwide, including in some developing countries with previously very low prevalence. The results of chronic positive energy balance; obesity is related to many chronic diseases, like diabetes, cardiopathy, hypertension and a few styles of cancer. It’s especially important to work out those factors that influence the prevalence of obesity in developing countries since these countries generally lack the infrastructure to treat the chronic diseases related to obesity adequately. During this article, the aetiology of obesity in developing countries is described and therefore the policy and economic implications of the increasing prevalence of obesity in transitional countries are discussed.
