Obesity Diet
Obesity is the condition in which excess of body fats gets accumulated and it may have a negative effect on health. People are generally considered as obese when their BMI is between 25 to 30 kg/m2.
Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder in which there is a high concentration of sugar in the blood, which leads to several complications like diabetic neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic nephropathy, etc. They are categorized into three groups,

Type 2 -Diabetes and gestational diabetes
