Biography
Meradin has worked and studied in the NHS for over 30 years and is now one of the most experienced Directors of Public Health in Local Government. She is driven by a passion for good quality care and compassion for others; these are principles which she has applied throughout her career as a nurse, midwife and as a nurse practitioner in general practice, followed by 15 years in public health. She established national training schemes and protocols at all levels. She is now using all this experience as the new Vice President of the UK’s Faculty of Public Health responsible for Standards.
