Biography

Raman Preet is a dental public health professional with expertise in global health-based at the Dept of Epidemiology and Global Health (EpiGH) at Umeå University, Sweden, currently serving as the Research Coordinator and Equal Opportunity Officer of the Dept of EpiGH. Having gained rich experience in health consortia management and working with teams in diverse cultures and contexts is competent in international research coordination; communication & dissemination; and diplomacy. For last 9 years has been working with many large international multidisciplinary public health research projects especially European Union-funded grants on arboviral diseases involving around 38 organisations in 20 countries, presently Co-Coordinator of an ongoing EU H2020 health research project, ZikaPLAN.
