Biography

Dr. Asha Seth Kapadia currently serves as Emeritus Professor of Biostatistics at School of Public Health, The University of Texas, Health Science Center, Houston, Texas. She is also a Professor of Biometry/Biostatistics and Management. She is a Visiting Professor at Delhi University and University of Hyderabad, India. She graduated with BA and the MA in Mathematical Statistics from Delhi University in 1957 and 1959, respectively. She obtained a Ph.D. in Statistics from Harvard University in 1969. She also worked as Professor of Preventive Dentistry at University of Texas Health Center during 1999-2005. She worked as an Associate professor of Biometry at School of Public Health, The University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, Texas, 1982-1984.
