Rafael Jordano Salinas is a Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Food Protection ( IAMFES , USA ) from 1999-2010 . He is an Expert participant in the review of the document FAO / WHO guidance to governments on the application of HACCP in small food businesses and / or less developed (FAO , Rome) in 2007 . His research work includes Implementation of alternative methods for the microbiological analysis of food : Petrify impedance ; PCR and Vida’s system and Improving the process of maturation of dried sausage : evaluation of starter cultures.
